Scones de chocolate al aroma de naranja
Chocolate Scones orange flavored
Esta receta escocesa es sencilla y rápida, ideal tanto para desayunos como para meriendas.
This Scottish recipe is simple and fast, ideal for breakfast as for tea.

Scones de chocolate al aroma de naranja


Ingredientes
250gr Harina
1 cucharadita Levadura
50 gr Mantequilla
100gr pepitas de Chocolate
150ml Leche entera
25gr Azúcar blanca
50gr Mantequilla
zumo de una Naranja
25gr Azúcar morena

Preparación
En un bol, tamizar la harina y la levadura. Añadir la mantequilla y amasar hasta que quede totalmente desmenuzada. Agregar el chocolate. Disolver el azúcar en la leche y añadir a la mezcla anterior, amasando hasta que la masa quede unida.
Estirar la masa formando una lámina de un grosor de al menos 3cm y cortar en círculos. Pintar cada scone con leche. Cocerlo a horno precalentado a 220°C durante 10-12 minutos.
Batir el resto de las mantequilla con el zumo de la naranja. Pincelar los scones calientes con este preparado y espolvorear con azúcar moreno.
Chocolate Scones orange flavored

Ingredients
250gr Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
50 gr Butter
100gr Chocolate chips
150ml Whole Milk
25gr Sugar
50gr Butter
juice of one Orange
25gr Brown Sugar

Preparation
In a bowl, sift flour and baking powder. Add butter and knead until completely crumbled. Add chocolate. Dissolve sugar in milk and add to mixture, kneading until the dough comes together. Roll dough out to a thickness of at least 3 cm and cut into circles.
Brush each scone with milk. Cook oven preheated to 220°C for 10-12 minutes.
Beat remaining butter and orange juice. Brush hot scones with this mixture and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bizcocho Goyesco / Goyesco Cake

       Bizcocho goyesco




Ingredientes para los lunares de bizcocho:
3 Huevos
75gr Mantequilla
100gr Azúcar
200gr Harina
1 cda. Levadura
1 pizca de Sal
Colorante en gel morado
Preparación de los lunares de bizcocho
Batir la mantequilla con el azúcar y después añadir los huevos uno a uno. Añadir el resto de ingredientes secos y mezclar. Por último, añadir el colorante hasta obtener la tonalidad deseada. Hornear en un molde enharinado durante 20 minutos a 180ºC. Dejar enfriar.
Cuando esté frío, hacer bolas de bizcocho con la ayuda de un sacabolas.

Ingredientes para el bizcocho:
5 Huevos
125gr Mantequilla
125gr Azúcar
300gr Harina
2 cdas. Levadura
1 Yogur
1 pizca de Sal
Preparación del bizcocho
Batir la mantequilla con el azúcar y después añadir los huevos uno a uno. Agregar el yogur. Añadir el resto de ingredientes secos y mezclar. Enharinar un molde y verter la mitad de la masa. Insertar bolas del bizcocho anterior. Verter el resto de la mezcla sobre las bolas. Hornear en un molde enharinado durante 40 minutos a 180ºC

Ingredientes para el frosting:
20gr de Cacao puro
100gr Azúcar glass
400ml Nata
150ml Pedro Ximénez (PX) (white grape grown sherry)
50ml Agua
200gr Azúcar blanca
50 gr Pasas
3 láminas de Gelatina
Preparación del frosting:
Calentar el azúcar blanco con el PX y el agua y llevar a ebullición. Cuando reduzca un poco, añadir las pasas y dejar templar. Separar cuatro cucharadas del preparado, disolver en ellas las gelatinas previamente hidratadas en agua fría. Al resto del almíbar añadir las pasas y dejar enfriar.
Montar la nata, añadir el azúcar glass y el cacao. Añadir suavemente la mezcla de PX con gelatina.

Montaje:
Calar el bizcocho con almibar de PX y cubrir con el frosting. Servir con las pasas en almíbar.


                                              Goyesco Cake



Ingredients for moon cake:
3 Eggs
75gr Butter
100gr White Sugar
200gr Flour
1 tspoon. Baking powder
1 pinch of Salt
Purple icing color

Preparation of moon cake
Beat butter and sugar and then add one by one eggs while still mixing.
Mix baking powder, flour and salt, add this dry mixture slowly. At last, add icing color until desired shade. Pour batter in a floured pan, bake at 180 degrees in the preheated oven around 20 minutes.
Let get cold and then make balls helping with a scooper.

Ingredients for cake:
5 Eggs
125gr Butter
125gr White Sugar
300gr Flour
2 tspoon. Baking powder
1 Yogurt
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation of cake
Beat butter with sugar and then add eggs one by one. Add yogurt. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix. In a floured pan add middle dought. Inserting balls previous cake. Pouring rest of the mixture. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.

Ingredients for frosting:
20gr Cacao powder
100gr Icing Sugar
400ml Cream Milk
150ml Pedro Ximénez
50ml Water
200gr White Sugar
50gr Raisins
3 Gelatine leaves
Preparation
Heat white sugar with PX and water, let bring to a boil. When reducing, add raisins and let them cold. Separate four spoons of syrup, disolve gelatine, previously hydrated in cold water.
Whip cream, add icing sugar and cocoa. Add to the mixture of PX with gelatine with gentle movements.

Assembly:
Dip the sponge cake with syrup of PX and cover with frosting. Serve with raisins in syrup.
